Booking Policies
To ensure a smooth and well-executed experience, please review the policies below before booking with Noir Luxe Collective. These terms are in place to protect both our clients and our business while allowing us to deliver exceptional service.
Retainer & Payments
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid by the invoice due date. Services will not be provided until full payment is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and current pricing. If we are unavailable for the new date, payments made may be forfeited.
Card on File
A valid card on file is required for all bookings. By booking, you authorize Noir Luxe Collective to charge for any remaining balances, approved additional fees, or damages if applicable.
Venue Readiness
Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible and setup-ready at the scheduled time. Delays caused by venue access or readiness may result in additional fees.
Weather Policy
For outdoor events, clients assume responsibility for weather-related risks. Noir Luxe Collective is not responsible for conditions that may impact setup, décor, or overall event styling.
Overtime
Any services extending beyond the agreed service window may incur additional charges.
Photo Release
We may photograph completed setups for portfolio, website, and social media use. Clients may opt out in writing prior to the event date.
Force Majeure
Noir Luxe Collective is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
Rental Policies
Rental Responsibility
Clients are fully responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery/setup until pickup. This includes any loss, theft, misuse, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required for select rentals. This deposit may be applied toward damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, late returns, or overtime fees.
Use of Items
All rental items and décor must be used safely and only as intended. Standing on furniture, moving installed décor, using indoor-only items outdoors, or exposing décor to open flames is not permitted.
Cleaning
Rental items must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive mess, staining, damage, or unusual cleanup may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Pickup & Returns
All items must be available for pickup at the agreed time. Delays or unprepared returns may result in additional rental or labor fees.
Unauthorized Holdover
Items kept beyond the agreed return time without approval may incur additional rental charges.
Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute rental items with items of equal or greater value if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
Noir Luxe Collective’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
